    This three-week program assists you with refining your intake of clean, natural foods that give you energy and help your body perform to its very best potential.     This 12-week program allows us to meet every week for 45 minutes to address issues about money that you have identified. We will investigate financial clarity, wealth, expenses, risk tolerance, commitment, happiness and joy, and personal freedom. We will find what is holding you back, what paradigms may be inaccurate, and implement new mindsets and strategies to develop habits that lead to you feeling secure about making good financial decisions.

    This 12-week program allows us to meet every week for 45 minutes to address career satisfaction issues that you have identified. We will look at fulfillment, engagement, energy, authenticity, ambition, communication, dedication and commitment, and leadership and influence. We will find what is holding you back or causing dissatisfaction, and implement new processes to develop habits that lead to satisfying, meaningful, and rewarding work.

    This 12-week program allows us to meet every week for 45 minutes to address time management issues that you have identified. We will define how you see, measure, honor, and value your time. We will find what is interfering with or misusing your time, and implement and refine concepts, strategies, and practices to develop habits that lead to better and more fulfilling time utilization and goal achievement.

    This 12-week program allows us to meet every week for 45 minutes to address your connection to that which is greater in your life. We will address trust, connection, community, gratitude, and surrender.
